White-label link building for agencies · since 2019

Link building you can put your name on.

Set a budget per client. We find the publishers, run five published checks, write the article natively, place the link and watch it for twelve months, and we write the reason on every order. Your client sees your name and nothing else.

The publisher invoices you directly. Our fee is one line, around 30%, with the article inside it. Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, Belgium, Austria, wider Europe and the US.

What we buy with it

You set the budget. We decide what it buys.

You set the budget. We decide what it buys, placement by placement, and every order comes with the reason we chose it. You always know the decision; you never have to make it. Two kinds of placement, both through the same five checks, both guaranteed for twelve months, in any language your client sells in.

Chosen when the client needs a topic covered

Guest posts

We buy one when the client needs a topic they do not yet rank for. A new article on a publisher that cleared all five checks, written natively, with the link in the body. The order says why this publisher and why this topic.

  • Own-locale traffic 2,000+ on the domain
  • Written natively in the publisher's language, whichever it is, never translated
  • The article included in the fee
  • Dofollow, in-content, or it is not billed

Chosen when a page already ranks for it

Link insertions

We buy one when a page already ranks for the client's subject. The link goes into an article that already gets read, so it carries history from day one. The order says why this page and why now.

  • Page indexed, 90+ days old, ranking for 5+ keywords
  • Page-level relevance 50+, fewer than 3 commercial links
  • Hard cap of two of our links per page, ever
  • Faster to live than a new article

A business model you can see

Know the cost. Set your margin.

Pay the publisher directly. Our fee is a separate line: 25-40% of publisher cost, averaging around 30%. Sourcing, vetting, native content, placement and twelve months of monitoring are all inside that fee.

What you charge your client on top is yours to decide. The client only ever sees your invoice.

  • No minimum spend
  • No retainer
  • No lock-in

One order, two invoices.

Why LinkTribune

Selling links is easy. Delivering them is the headache.

Selling link building to your clients is easy. Delivering it is a second business: publishers, vetting, writers, monitoring, and a supplier you have to trust with your client list. With a partner it is a budget, and a decision made for you with the reason attached.

  • Doing it yourself
  • Find publishers that are not on every marketplace
  • Vet each one: traffic in the right country, spam, relevance, footprint
  • Hire native writers for every language your clients sell in
  • Negotiate, pay, chase, re-check in month seven
  • Hope the supplier never pitches your client
  • With LinkTribune
  • Register the client site
  • Set a monthly budget
  • Read why we chose each placement
  • Forward the report in your name
  • Everything else, including the article, is inside the fee.

  • Built around five published checks

Five published thresholds applied by the platform, not by whoever has the deadline. Roughly one candidate in twelve gets through, and you can check every figure yourself.

  • Your clients, suppressed in code

Every domain you register is excluded from our own outreach permanently, across every brand we operate. Not a clause with an expiry date.

  • Monitoring outlives the invoice

Nine failure states checked weekly for twelve months on every link we have placed, with a report each month whether or not anything moved.

  • Experience where it is expensive to get wrong

Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, Belgium and Austria, in the publisher's own language, with the traffic measured against that country and nothing else.

Measured October 2026

Built for agencies competing in the hardest markets in Europe.

“We're a small SEO team, and outreach was taking up too much of our week. LinkTribune now handles that side of the work. I still review the sites, but I'm no longer spending my evenings chasing publishers.”

“We tried them on one campaign first. The sites were relevant to the client, and communication was straightforward. We've since started using them for a few more accounts.”

Accountability

Every stage of your link has a name on it.

Your client's links should not disappear into a supplier's black box. Every stage has an owner, and every order shows who decided and why.

  1. Step 1

    Candidates

    Platform

Pulls sites for the client's topic and market and runs the five checks before anyone reads one. One in twelve gets through.

  2. Step 2

    The decision

    Delivery desk

Chooses each placement against the client's budget and writes the reason on the order. Nothing is bought without one.

  3. Step 3

    Outreach and price

    Outreach desk

Talks to editors in their own language and negotiates the publisher's price, never above what the budget allows.

  4. Step 4

    The article

    Editorial

Writes natively in the publisher's language, fits the house style and handles the editor's revisions.

  5. Step 5

    Verification

    Verification

Reads the live article against what was ordered: fifteen checks, from the link and anchor to the meta title.

  6. Step 6

    Twelve months after

    Platform and partner desk

Checks every link weekly for nine failure states. A failure is replaced or refunded and reported to you.

Questions agencies ask before partnering

The eight that come up first. Every number in them is one you can check on a single order.

Protecting your clients

The risk of handing fulfilment to a supplier who also sells direct.

01Will you approach my clients?

No, and it is not a promise we ask you to take on trust. Every destination domain you send us enters a permanent suppression list. Our prospecting reads that list before any outreach campaign is built, so those domains cannot enter one even by accident. It is enforced in code rather than buried in a contract clause.

02How white-label is it, really?

There is no LinkTribune footprint in the delivery. Publishers are never told who the end client is, reports arrive unbranded or in your branding, and nothing in the outreach, the content or the placement references us. You can forward anything we send you straight to a client without editing it.

03Will my client ever see your name?

Not unless you show them. We have no contact with your client, we do not appear in the placement, and we do not publish a client list. The publisher relationship is ours; the client relationship stays entirely yours.

04What stops you becoming my competitor later?

The suppression list is permanent and does not expire when a partnership ends. A domain you sent us in month one is still excluded in year three. That is deliberate - a protection that lapses is not a protection, it is a delay.

05Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, and we will sign yours rather than insisting on ours. The suppression list does the practical work, but if your client contracts require an NDA on the supply chain, that is not a problem.

06Do you keep my client list?

We hold the destination domains you send us, because the suppression list cannot work otherwise. We do not hold client names, contacts or commercial terms, and we never need them to fulfil an order.

07Can reports carry my branding?

Yes. Monthly monitoring reports arrive either unbranded or in your branding, as a document you can forward without editing. Most partners take the unbranded version and drop it into their own client reporting.

What you are actually buying

The vetting, in detail, including what we throw away.

08What do you actually reject?

Roughly eleven of every twelve candidates we measure. Most fail on own-locale traffic, because a site with global traffic and no audience in your client's country is the single most common thing sold as a good link. The rest fail on spam score, relevance, or because they fingerprint as one operator running several sites.

Still not answered?

Write to us with the question and the client it is about. The partner desk replies within one working day.

Two ways to start. Neither needs a contract.
